How to Disable Enjoy iCloud for Windows? popup

I have iCloud for Windows installed on my Dell XPS 9520 laptop running Windows 11 Pro. I use iCloud to sync my Microsoft Outlook calendar with my iPhone calendar. All was well until a couple of weeks ago. Now, when iCloud starts on the laptop, I am getting a popup window saying, "Enjoying iCloud for Windows? Leave a review and share your experiences with others." I want to know how to disable this popup without uninstalling iCloud. I have tried: logging out of my iCloud account and logging back in, repairing the iCloud app, repairing the iCloud Outlook app, going into the laptop's settings and turning off iCloud notifications. None of these actions worked; I keep getting the Enjoying iCloud for Windows? popup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
