iOS mail mixing email header and content

On the latest iOS suddenly on an imap mailbox, the header and the content are mixed up.

When the header shows email A, and I want to read it, the body is from email B. They are mixed up in a random oder.

I have seen reports suggesting various workarounds like deleting mailboxes etc, but there must be another way for apple to fix this very nasty bug. Can't I just trigger a "re download all emails" in iOS?
