Have you tried restarting the iPhone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

Have the same problem with my iPhone 13.

iPhone suddenly drops from 70-80% battery to 10%. and then shuts down. If i plugin the charger and switch it on- it starts from 30-40%.

tried restarting, background processes are off, Tried removing all social media apps, no unusual activity from apps consuming battery. It just simply goes off.

Battery health went down to 70% which is not terrible (although not great) but did not expect the phone to turn from fully functional to completely useless with a single update.
