How can I recover iCloud backup after iPhone factory reset?

I reset my phone as I thought I had issues with some games and I clicked erase all content and settings and it did a iCloud backup which 2 times failed then the last time it was took me to the screen where it was resetting n then when the phone restarted I loginned then and couldn’t find the recent iCloud backup I found one from a year ago can someone help me recover this data as I’ve got images missing contacts and many more
