How to fairly divide iCloud storage between family members

Hi everyone,

I have a question about iCloud storage sharing. My sister and I are considering subscribing to the 2TB iCloud+ plan through Family Sharing. The issue is that she has over 10,000 photos and I only have around 1,000. Before upgrading, I’d like to know: is it possible to partition or allocate the 2TB iCloud storage space so that each person has a fixed amount, for example, 1TB each? This would help us manage the storage more fairly.
