YouTube not working for several days in Safari on my iPhone

It's constantly stuck on a white screen with the gray outlines that you have around videos. I can go into my search history and open previous videos from several day ago, when it worked, and they would send me to a white screen with a black box at the top. I have disconnected from the internet, gone to 5g, personal hotspot, and shut down my phone. Any other ways to fix this is greatly appreciated
