Unable to activate in-app purchase after the payment is made

Twice now I have paid for an upgrade on bumble app and I am charged for it but no activation of upgraded perks after payment is made

SOLVED: But keeping here in case someone needs it. I recently purchased an iPhone 13, why can’t I activate my 3 free months of Apple Arcade? Once again, self resolved. I saw that I was eligible for 3 free months of Apple Arcade via my email. But when I go to activate the trial, it only shows an option for a 1 month trial. I also have never used an Apple Arcade trial or purchased a subscription, however I am currently using an Apple Music 3 month trial, if any of that information helps. Any help or ideas as to why this is happening?
