Unable to adjust Hearing Aids volume from Control Center

I used to be able to adjust the volume of my hearing aids using sliders that appeared when I clicked on the hearing aid (ear icon) app in the Control Center. This has been true for many iOS versions including iOS 18.4.1. However, for the past week or so I can no longer do this. When I click on the icon all i get is this screen:

(Tapping the Robert Hearing Aids button does nothing).

How do I get my sliders back?

Note that the sliders are still available under Settings/Accessibility/Hearing Devices/Robert Hearing Aid, but they are not showing in the much more easily accessible Control Center.

Eg: says:

You can change which features appear when you tap in Control Center. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Control Center, then add or remove features.

Thanks for your response. I had looked at Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Control Center and all features wer already active. However, I did find a new hearing aid control in the Conrol Center add-ons that will do what I want.
