EQ from Apple Music won't transfer to iPhone 15 Pro Max

The EQ in Apple Music on my 2024 iMac Apple M4 sounds great, but when the music syncs to my iPhone 15 Pro Max the EQ completely disappears. Any workaround?

Transfer music to iPhone without Sync and Delete There is the same question asked already without an answer. Is it true that Apple isn't able to do such a simple thing as transfering a sound file from my Mac to the iPad??? I can't belive it!!!! Is there an app that plays music and is able to do that? I would not need access to the Apple music app in this case, just a way to simply load music without any syncing!!!
