There is a direct source for claims filing information

but you have to live in and file from the USA for this.

Qualifying 'conditional deadlines' apply; yours may fail.

Found online (yet again, again?) in this cover page:

$95M Apple Siri Eavesdropping Class Action Settlement

Inside the above page, Another link, Learn & file:

Claim Form Website: Settlement Website

https://lopezvoiceassistantsettlement.com/

{Details and Legal Notice are in the above site page.}

Few may meet requirements &/or deadlines, and there

is a low ceiling, on any amounts that may be paid out.

Note: Those known already to the Court had notices pre-sent.

After a brief flurry from late Dec 2024 until mid Feb 2025

earlier inquiries without actual date, were aplenty, online.

..There are 'layered click-bait lead-in pages' to harvest data..

Normally I don't re-post these items, & don't like reminders

in my email ~ so after this one, will remove 'Following' tags..

I would like to be part of the lawsuit claim against Apple for passing on information to other people.

Nobody is stopping you. Make sure to read the statements that you must agree to under oath and also provide your personal information to receive the approximately $20. You are not giving this information to Apple.

I get about 5 Settlement claims every year where I could provide my personal information to get a possible $20. The latest one was last week for a MGM class action lawsuit, since I had previously stayed there. For me, I would not give my personal information for $20. Other ones have been for data breach settlements for companies such as T-Mobile, which ironically you have to give them your data to get the money. The only ones that make any significant money are the lawyers. You are just a means for them to get their money.

You know you are only going to get a few dollars, right? The lawyers get most of the settlement. And that settlement will also likely be an Apple Gift Card, not cash. The maximum payout is $20 or less depending on how many submit claims. So you won’t be taking any Caribbean cruise with it.

Bottom line you will not find a claim form on these forums. If you are part of the class action you should get a letter explaining things from the law firm who filed the suit, not Apple.

Do you not understand how class action lawsuits work?
