How can I fix the issue of music not playing on my iPod shuffle(4th generation)?

Hi i have a ipod shuffle 4th generation and when i plug it in to charge the orange light comes on then stays on for a while then turns off . i added music on itunes and it wont play how do i fix

Can't add songs to shuffle using autofill playlist Hi, I have an iPod shuffle green 2nd generation that I can't add music on it. I tried to use iTunes on a PC and a MAC with the same issue. iTunes is updated (on PC) at 12.12.7 and shuffle 1.0.4. I select a playlist in the "autofill from" dropdown and click on autofill. Then an error message appears : iTunes cannot add any songs to the iPod "xxx" because it already contains all the songs in the playlist "xxx". But the iPod Shuffle is empty. I even tried to restore it. Thanks for your help!

iOS 16.2 iTunes music not playing correctly Is anyone else having issues with purchased music not playing correctly during shuffle? I updated software to iOS 16.2 and while I was listening to music on shuffle, music would randomly stop playing. It happened several times. I had to close music, re-open, and start it again. Sometimes my phone would play one song, sometimes 2 or three. Then, the problem of the music stopping would occur again.
