How do I get classical track titles from the 1950s corrected?

All 24 tracks from Beethoven six quartets Opus 18 (Budapest Quartet 1952) are mislabeled! It is hopeless 😞

It is up to the entity that uploads content to the iTunes Store/Apple Music catalog to supply the correct metadata. There isn't really any way for Apple to correct details after the fact. Likewise the CDDB database that can provide details for CDs that you rip may have errors. You can edit the details in your own library if you can identify each movement correctly. If this is an iTunes Store purchase you should hide it from your purchase history before you make changes as otherwise iTunes/Music can occasionally revert your changes to the store details after the fact.
