How do I control track height more efficiently in Logic Pro?

is there an easier way to control track height? video shows me selecting 2 tracks individually to increase size in this example. i then hold the control key to expand all of the tracks to some random height based on another selected track. if i then use the shift key they all revert to the tiny annoying track height. i don't have ^z engaged.

2nd. video shows me selecting the bottom track with control key engaged and the tracks don't evenly spread out? what am i missing.

another problem, how do i attach a video?

Here I am holding CMD to adjust Track Height collectively and then I hold Shift to reset Track Heights back to their default state. I also like individually adjusting tracks via ctrl+option+cmd Up and Down arrow key.
