Suggest a cheap accounting pckg for mac

My new Mini won't load up my old Quickbooks. What else is out there?

You should also check to see with the developers of your old software to see if it will run under Rosetta 2 ( If you need to install Rosetta on Mac - Apple Support ) or if they have an update you can use on your Mac mini. I am assuming your "new" Mac mini is a M4 Machine, if so please let them know. I mention that because "new" could mean new to you (meaning you bought a used or older model MM) or a brand new M4 MM directly from Apple.

GnuCash has been around for over 25 years and started out to be similar to Quicken. This is one of the few open source projects that actually has a pre-compiled binary download available for macOS. In fact they have individual versions for Intel & M-Series (Arm) Macs.
