How do I fix Handoff not working between MacBook Air, iPad 9th gen, and iPhone 13 Pro?

Handoff tasks between Apple devices dont work between my Macbook Air M4 and iPad 9th gen and iPhone 13 pro. All devices are connected on one Apple Account, have Bluetooth and Handoff ON, latest OS and they are all near each other.

Also I have problem with unlocking my Macbook Air with apple Watch 10.
