How do I change my credit card for my iCloud storage?

I am a family member, and my family manager (wife) pays all our apple charges except for my own account's iCloud storage. For that Apple charges me $2.99 monthly.

Every forum answer tells me to go to either my Music or App Store account to change my card. Same with clicking on my account name in Settings. But every time I go there, it tells me my Family Manger pays for my account. This is plainly incorrect. I see no way to change the credit card that bills my account monthly.

My card on file (but not my wife's) is no longer valid and has been replaced. How do I get rid of the old one and insert the new one? Apple will try to bill me in a few weeks and I need to get this straightened out.

As clarification to the above, when I click on my account name in settings and click on Payment & Shipping, I get this:

The Visa shown has been charged monthly for my iCloud account, but it is no longer valid (compromised, cancelled by Visa and replaced). I need to change that. I can't figure out how.

When I go to either the Music Store or the App Store, I'm eventually sent here:

This is my wife's card. She is the Family Sharing Manager. She pays monthly for her iCloud account and everything else (Apple TV, music, apps). There is no apparent way to change my card.

Thanks for any help.
