How to reduce latency in Logic Pro 10 vocal tracks with high buffer settings?

My Logic Pro 10 is producing tracks — vocal tracks mostly — with unacceptable latency, and I’ve got my buffer up to 512 and we’re mostly talking vox.. 16 gb RAM, imma try the stems on Live on a win 11 computer.

Logic pro recording keeps jumping back to earlier on in the song! I'm running Logic pro on an M1 MacBook pro 16" and using a presonus studio 24c interface. When I output through the studio 24 it causes the project I'm working on to keep jumping back to earlier on in the song. it doesn't happen when I output through the MacBooks speakers or phones. does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? Mac OS and Logic are fully up to date, as is the presonus driver. thanks in advance

Audio drop outs in Logic I am having a problem in my Logic 11 sessions, where audio drops out for 1 second every 20 seconds during playback. I have reduced buffer size, and have no trial versions of any apps. It still happens. It does not happen when I playback from a mastering session, when I pulled in a 2 track wave file to master. If it was a corrupt Logic update, it would happen all the time. It started on December 30, 2024. I had been working on this session everyday for several weeks with no issues! I pulled up a session from 7 years ago, and it still happened. I cannot find any reason for this. Please help! Apple support was useless!

Using Varispeed - no audio In Logic 10.7.4 when I use varispeed even 2% no audio is played. My tracks are not in record mode and I am not input monitoring any tracks. the project is both audio and midi. Any help would be appreciated

Lower the buffer to 128 or 64. The buffer must be smaller to reduce Latency, unless you're speaking of something else.
