Which part of the screen? Is it a part of the screen native to iOS such as when looking at text messages, or is it on pictures, in websites or third party apps and possible their icons that you see this? Can you share a screenshot or a picture, if it doesn’t appear on a screenshot? Thank you.
Seeing individual pixels on a fully-working iPhone display is not common, and a discussion with an optometrist.
Seeing individual stuck pixels or individual dead pixels is possible with some LCD and OLED displays.
Stuck pixels might be unstuck through usage, but fixing dead pixels means a replacement display.
If these are stuck or dead pixels, and if you have removed any screen-protective film, and have cleaned the display, and the visible pixels persist, contact Apple Support, or an Apple Authorized Repair Provider.
