USA - searching for low income computer assistance program

I reached out to the local non-profit who offers computers to qualifying low income individuals and they don't serve my state and couldn't offer any referrals. I am in search of a organization or agency who provides computer technology to VERY low income disabled. I am in need of a desk top or lap top for personal and work related use. Please let me know if anyone is aware of any. Thank you.
