Logic Pro X - Multiple MIDI Tracks to one instrument (Track)

Hi ...

I have imported a type 1 (Multi-track MIDI) to Logic Pro X .

All my drum-kit pieces are on their corresponding tracks .

I would like to send each of these MIDI tracks to Addictive Drums (and from there on / Addictive Drums send the tracks to their separate buses / aux) .

But I'm a bit lost here ... When I go to the mixer view I can't find a way to set the outputs of the MIDI tracks to the Addictive Drums / instrument track .

When I first imported the MIDI file the tracks that were created had a instrument selected by Logic .

Now, how can one create an empty / plain MIDI tracks for which to set the output from to Addictive Drums or some other instrument ?

Hi

Several ways you could achieve this:

If you want to keep the MIDI parts separate:

Try creating the ADrums track as a multi-output instance of AD

In the Mixer, click the '+" to show the appropriate multi-out Aux channels, then add these to the main track list

In the main workspace, drag the (separate) MIDI regions to these tracks

Or, perhaps, simply merge the MIDI regions together then drag to the A Drums track
