icloud for windows keeps popping up

Hi, lately iCloud for windows screen keeps popping up. Its not asking me to sign in, its not asking me anything it just appears. And by appears I mean I might be typing away in Word or what ever and bloop, there is iCloud do nothing but stopped my typing.

Is there a way to fix this as its quite annoying.

iCloud on windows keeps opening non stop I use iCloud on windows, I have the latest version from the microsoft store. I like using it for passwords etc so I want it installed but every single time I start the computer I have to sign in again and reauthorize with my phone. And then no matter how many times I close the icloud app window it pops up again every minute or two on top of whatever window im working in. I have tried removing every apple service and app and reinstalling icloud again multiple times.....Why wont the app just stay in the taskbar and not bother me? I see this posted all over places like MS forums and here but the solutions are just to uninstall it and not use iCloud but im in the ecosystem for passwords

iCloud for Windows in an endless sign in loop iCfE is in an endless loop asking me to sign in again and again and again… It won’t stop. The prompt continues to pop-up in front of everything else I do. It is making it virtually impossible to use any other program or app. I’m signed into all of my iCfW apps except Passwords and Keychain. The problem started when I tried to approve the Passwords and Keychain app. PLEASE HELP!!!!
