Apple Music Not Working on iPad 9 After 18.4.1 Update

Hello! I just updated my iPad 9 to the new 18.4.1 update and now my Apple Music is not working. Sometimes it won't load at all and other times it will load but you can't click on anything within the app. If it does let you click on a song, it will open the song but not play it. I have tried a hard restart but that did not fix it. Help!
