How do I resolve 'Request was blocked inside a popup' error during financial transaction on iPhone?

wanted to withdrawal money from a financial institution and I get this pop up:

block_nested_popups: Request was blocked inside a popup because MSAL detected it was running in a popup.

I have gone to the safari tab and made sure pop ups were allowed and they are. What else would be blocking this transaction??
