I want to buy a new case for my old ipod but need to know what generation it is to get the right size. on the back it says serial number 8K9********ZZ and model 1238. Can anyone tell me this or how to find it out?

Incidentally, that model number corresponds to the 2009 iPod classic. The last model Apple produced of iPod Classic.
