How can i restore my music added from AM locally and offline?

Ive read that i can restore my AM library locally on mac with syncing turned off or offline. But when i try doing this, nothing happening. I want to restore all data from my "previous library" folder. How can i do it?

I need it to review my songs and playlists create dozens of screenshots so then i can add them again
