Find My Behavior with Multiple Devices Using Same Apple ID

I need clarification regarding Find My behavior across multiple devices.

• Device 1: Primary device, signed in to my Apple ID.
• Device 2: Secondary device, also signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Family Sharing: Enabled.

Objective:

I want to use the same Apple ID on both devices but only broadcast location from Device

Specifically:

• Device 2 should not appear under the “People” tab in Find My.
• Device 2 should not appear under the “Devices” tab in Find My for myself or my Family Sharing members.

Question:

How can I achieve this without removing Device 2 from my Apple ID entirely? Is there a supported method to stop a device from appearing in both “People” and “Devices” while still using the same Apple ID?
