I have on my phone Safari as the chosen search engine but still bing keeps coming up iam using an IPhone 12 Pro Max IOS 18.4.1 can anyone help.

Safari is not a search engine, it is a browser. If you wish to verify your search engine selection, go to Settings>Apps>Safari>Search Engine. There is where you make your selection.

Some webpages can be hard coded to present a specific web browser. Does it happen on multiple websites or just one or two in particular?
