How do I prevent a second page from opening over the original website on iPad?

Web page opens and within seconds another page opens over it with text of only one story from the web page. Using ipad

Com)I have tried this in many browsers. For example, I get the same result in browsers such as Safari Chrome Firefox opera and edge. The home page is not displayed properly.
