How do I remove a child account from my Apple Account?

my ex wifes daughter is still on my account even tho shes well over 13 she had lied and said 11 years ago in order to gain additional control and monitoring i have waited years for this account to turn 13 so i could remove it and just relized its not changed one bit. I need it removed from my account period.
