No not dangerous and as LD150 has posted could also be a public WiFi connection. My local Starbucks used AT&T WiFi and I had a profile from AT&T for when I accessed AT&T at Starbucks. Nothing to worry about.
What country are you in? Are you using a VPN? Is your device managed by an employer or school?
That’s the profile for your VPN app. Almost all VPN services use profiles to control the network usage on iPhones.
The support team for the VPN service can provide more specific information.
