How can I delete Safari pop up requests on MacBook Pro

A pop up has appeared on my Mac Pro .

" 3607808707011217422" wants access to control safari etc

it has a Don't allow and Ok box .

it reappears a minute or two if i clicl Don't allow.

How can I block or delete this ?

I see similar there were similar forum posts in 2021 but no real answers ,
