Unable to convert Word to PDF after updating iMac to macOS Ventura 13.7.5

Attached is the error message screen shot. I used to be able to go to "Save As" and convert a .docx to .pdf. I needed to do this in order to print the document as command-P or print no longer works in .docx for me.

Using Word 16.96.1 on macOS Sequoia v15.4.1, I can generate a PDF from either a .doc or .docx document using Save As > PDF and either of the output choices shown below:

This is to the local drive as I do not use Microsoft's One Drive for anything. If that One Drive storage has been exceeded and one is attempting to save a PDF to it, that would not end well.

The File menu > Print… > PDF > Save as PDF approach also works fine here to the local drive.

I just tested and was, without issue, able to save a large Word file from the current Office 365 versions( Version 16.96.1) to pdf by both methods offered—File > Export and the print dialog box.. M4 Pro Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.4.1.

Does you Word doc have any embedded elements like images or things pasted from other Apps? Are you running anti-virus software or so-called "cleaning" apps?
