How do I fix the iPhone Home Screen Calendar showing an incorrect date?

hi ! i got a new iphone in february, and ever since then whenever it’s a new day the date shows the date from before and doesn’t atomically switch to the current date. a couple weeks ago i talked to an apple associate and they helped me fix it but now after the new ios update it’s back. will i continue having this problem over time ? and to fix it do i just do what the associate told me to do weeks ago ?

Assistive Access Calendar Date Incorrect iPhone 13 running 17.3 with Assistive Access enabled. This mode greatly helps my father with however one thing he really desires is the day, month and date. I have the time enabled on the Lock Screen, but it does not provide the date like the normal Lock Screen displays.
