iPhone 13 swipe-up and app switcher not working after reset

So i have iPhone 13 and it has a problem that it wont swipe up to close apps and app switcher wont come upon holding. I reset the phone and it started working great without any problem and after like 10 hours swipe up again not working. I took the mobile to shop as i am in Pakistan there is no official apple store, they said its panel issue, if its panel issue then it should not have worked when i reset it. I have iOS latest 18.4.1 and all settings reset. I am really disappointed with this feature not working please suggest something to help me work, in addition, i have also force restarted it yet not working and also tried every possible ways i can do to fix it. STILL NOT WORKING.
