My files got overwrited and deleted from icloud before uploading to the cloud.

I was migrating my files one drive, having downloaded all my business files on my mac and placed in my icloud folder.

I had a folder named "business" which I wanted to copy with some files in there onto my icloud business folder thinking they would merge files inside them like with windows but what it did instead is delete all my business files before they even uploaded unto icloud and I lost everything.

I looked into the bin and tried to 'put back' but it did not return properly and it was empty.

I lost 100's of Gb of files and all my work over the years, with important documents to do with my 3 business.
