Same Device Name Associated Multiple Times

When looking at devices associated with my apple account, I see the same PC name multiple times. I'm not sure how that happened but how should I go about removing the "duplicates" ? When you choose to remove a device you get the message about that device no longer being able to access the ICloud so i'm scared to hit the go button....any ideas ?

How to rename a device in iCloud? I restored my TimeMachine backup of an MB Air to my MBPro, the name of my computer now it's duplicated in iCloud. I went to Apple menu > System Preferences > Sharing > Computer Name to rename it, it was renamed but in iCloud still has the old name. I checked in iCloud.com and on my iPhone as well. I rebooted my laptop a few times, even signed out and back in from iCloud, no changes. The computer is running Ventura (13.4) Does anyone have an idea what to try next?
