Duplicate Icons Displayed in iPhone Control Center

That is exactly what is happening to me ! I just recently got the 16 pro max and the exact same icons are duplicating for me. Ive been working in phones for years and this has never happened to me before. I’m so baffled.

Duplicate Items in the Control Centre:

A. Unistall Beta iOS:

Any beta iOS software installed? What is the version of iOS18 that is installed? Beta versions can have flaws and glitches like this. To find out, go to: Settings > General > About. So, if iOS18.4.2 is installed, uninstall it. How to Uninstall iOS or iPadOS Beta Software - Apple Support

B. Force Restart your iPhone:

Items may be running in the background that are not responding. So, save what need be, and then reform the force restart: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

C. Report this as a Bug to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of your occurrence, if you don't report it to them.

2. Comment: on when this issue began, and how you have troubleshot this, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
4. Proceed from there aw necessary

You just added them twice, that’s all. Long hold the screen, then tap the little minus button in the corner of each duplicate control.

And yes circles have corners. They do now anyways. 😂
