My browser is Safari. Suggest different search engines besides Google.

Would like to try a few different search engines with Safari. Any suggestions besides Google, it's screen is no longer just white now it includes list of current news like Yahoo. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.3

You don’t mention what version of Safari you are using but more recently you can select from a list of search engines. Safari->Settings->Search->Search engine: and select from that list which includes Yahoo, Bing, Ecosia, and DuckDuckGo. Try them all and see what you think.
