How to restore mobile data and signal connection after updating to iOS 18.4.1?

I had updated to 18.4.1 and loss mobile data and signal connection and it says no service after that need help i had done everything possible step found online

"No Service" After iOS upgrade I upgraded my iPhone from iOS 17.2.1 to iOS 17.3, and noticed that my cell signal has disappeared. It shows "No Service". I have reset the network settings, I have toggled airplane mode on and off, I have restarted the phone a couple times as well, but it is not working. Anyone experiencing the same issue? IOS 17.1.2 killed my cell service!? I installed 17.1.2 earlier today on my iPhone SE 3rd gen. Immediately I lost the connection to my cell provider (3.co.uk). I checked Settings, Mobile Service, Mobile Data Network and saw that everything had been erased. I manually restored all the setting and was able to reconnect to my cell provider. But now, a hour or so later, all I get is “No Service”. I have rebooted the phone (power off) and checked that all the Mobile Data settings are in place. I removed and reinserted the SIM. All I get is “No Service” Is this an undocumented feature of this new IOS??

That means your iPhone is incapable of connecting to your carrier’s cellular network. As a result, you need to contact them to troubleshoot and get this resolved.
