How can I retrieve missing playlists after subscribing back Apple Music?

i just repaid my subscription for apple music and not all of my song and playlists appeared back on the app. this happened before so i wasn't worried. so i went onto itunes on my laptop to fix the issue but everything was gone as well. i don't know how or why this happened.
