Google cannot "see" what is on your phone.
This is a scam that that is trying to trick you into believing that something is wrong with your phone, when your phone is just fine.
Delete the message or email and keep working. NEVER.....click or tap on a link in a message like this.

No; Apple's built-in defences prevent malware from affecting the unit, and any scanners from checking files other than their own documents. That message is a scam unless it was in response to manually uploading a file, in which case you may want to delete it or scan it from a computer.

Your iPhone is not susceptible to viruses. As a result, no antivirus apps are necessary and they will just sit on your iPhone and do nothing. Google has absolutely no access to your iPhone.
But something that may interest you..Google profits off your data.

Google – or some scammer claiming to be Google?
Scammers send messages all the time that use copies of the Mac's System Settings icon to try to trick Mac users into thinking that the scam messages are legitimate messages from Apple or from the intended victims' own Macs. So I could totally see criminals pretending to be Google to try to trick you into giving them financial information, or into purchasing some worthless "security" app that will do nothing to solve the alleged "problem".
what app is recommended?
None.
