Hello~ Have you contacted Amazon? What happened when you tried to activate it?

404 error is the webpage doesn’t exist on the server the link directed you to. You’ll need to contact Amazon support to get your card activated. The merchant is responsible for activation. Apple can’t see any card or payment until card is activated.
