why does the national lottery app think i have parental controls on?
The national lottery app won’t load on my phone. It says I have parental controls on but I don’t. Safari won’t load the website either any ideas?

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and check the settings. Also, if your age is under 18 that can trigger app blocks.
Finally, Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
