How do I resolve frequent, undismissable warnings on my new Mac mini?

Tow new mac minis, replacing previour machines. Both at getting regular warning messages - see attached - that are not dismissable and end up using all the screen space. One of these machines does not have Chrome installed--.

make sure that you are connected to the internet and try again - pop up message Every user account on our new mac-mini (M1, 2020) gets this (see image below) same pop up error message fill the screen whenever we login. The message then pops up randomly every few minutes. It's getting very annoying. Any ideas for how to resolve or turn it off? It looks like Google Hangout logo to me, but I cannot find any Google Hangout software to uninstall. And it's a brand new mac-mini so very unlikely to have any installed native!. No other devices in our house struggle to stay connected to our strong signal 100Mb 5GH connection. So I doubt that is the cause. Unless it's a wireless hardware issue in the mac mini. Again unlikely since it is new. Operating system has been updated to the latest Monterey 12.5.1 Even if it is a glitching internet connection, surely I should be able to turn off this alert/ notification window somewhere? I am perplexed! Any help would be much appreciated. Clarke

Never seen it until moving to OS/X 15.3.2. I also stated the one of the machines had no Google apps installed; turns out that was wrong. It was out of the box 2-3 months ago, and I have never installed Chrome on it, but there it was in Applications. Removed it - will see if that helps. Curiously, this machine was far worse affected than the other one where I DID install Chrome!
