Audio recordings on Apple Watch Series 9 not synchronising with iPhone 14 Pro Max

Audio recordings on Apple Watch (Series 9 ) do not synchronize with iPhone 14 Pro Max, I need 1 recording that was recorded on the voice recorder. But it only stays on the Apple Watch and there's no way I can get it out. What do I do?

Apple Watch record Okay so, I have an Apple Watch and I use the voice memo app to record my notes in class to look back at, my watch has died and nothing had been saved from my last recording. Is there a way to get it back?
