Apple Intelligence not available with English (India) despite upgrading to macOS 15.4?

I upgraded to macOS 15.4 about a week ago. And at that time Apple Intelligence got enabled for English (India).

But today it's showing me that Apple Intelligence is not available for English (India).

However it was already available and working when I upgraded to macOS 15.4

Does anyone else have it disabled automatically?
