That means an iPhone XR or higher model. Since you will be shopping for a new phone though, it would make sense to buy a phone that can handle updates for the next 5-7 years.
That would be an iPhone 15 or iPhone 16.
An iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, or iPhone SE 1 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A11 or better CPU.
