How can I recover my money from the Casino app after its removal from the App Store?

I accidently deleted this app Dizzy Spinventure from my phone. When I went to redownload, I couldnt. It was gone from App Store. However I had approximately $350.00 in credits I had either deposited or won? How do I receive or get my money back? This is the 2nd report I have sent.Thank You

As explained in the terms of use you agreed to when you signed up, you’re not talking to Apple here. The people responding are Apple users like yourself. That's what this forum is - users reaching out for assistance, assistance being given by other Apple users

So no one here can help you with your issue. I suggest you contact the makers of the application.
