Why are my Apple Music songs missing after syncing?

I recently renewed my apple music subscription, and when I opened my playlist, so where all my songs from playlists gone!

My playlists are still there but there are no songs in it. I checked my Mac and they were there and after I searched for answers through the community, they said to sync the library, but after I synced they disappeared to from my Mac!!!

"Sync Library" is still on, on both devices without any songs.

Can someone help me fix this problem?
