Logic Pro Not Able to Make New Projects from Template and other issues

I'm having a strange issue that I can't find any sign of anyone else having online. It seems to be coming in and out and I can't figure out what's causing it.

I can open pre-existing Logic sessions and they work normally and totally fine, but if I try to make a new session, it won't load any plugins, won't let me change what track I'm on, and won't do anything when I hit play (sometimes it'll scroll a few bars but not play any audio). Sometimes this will randomly start all working fine again if I just close and reopen Logic a few times, which is odd.

When I open Logic there's no longer the usual startup screen that lets me open recent sessions or templates. Also, and currently most annoyingly, if I try to start a new session from a template (like I am now trying to start a new mix) it'll not open any kind of finder window or anything and just act as though I haven't asked it to do anything.

So far I've tried rescanning all my plugins and doing a full reinstall of Logic and neither has solved the issue. All the issues came about all at once which is why I think they're related, but it could just be poor timing.

Running on a Mac Mini M4 with the latest MacOS.
